Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Room Cancellations if any within 48hrs of check-in 50% of the total room bill value will be retained.
- Room Cancellations if any within 24hrs of check-in 100% of the total room bill value will be retained.
- There will be no refund issue in case of No Shows. Any request thereafter to reinstate the reservation would be treated as a fresh request and would be subject to availability.
- The stay is guaranteed for the entire duration and any check-out before the above mentioned departure date will be charged in full.

- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.

- Published tariff is subject to change without prior intimation.
- Hotel reserves the right to change the room rates and polices without giving any prior notice.
- Hotel requires guest(s) to furnish a valid address proof with photo of identity in original at the time of Check-in by each guest who is going to stay. Kindly inform the guest(s) to carry the same along with them to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose viz Driving License, Passport, Election Card, Aadhar Card.
- Check-in denied by hotel due to lack of Photo id Proof / Address proof will not be eligible for any refund and will be considered as “NO SHOW”.
- Hotel reserves the right of admission.
- Unmarried couples not allowed.
- 8 years and above will be charged fully.
