Spa Guidelines

To secure a booking at your preferred time, kindly book your treatment in advance
- Any change in timing of a scheduled treatment, requires 2 hours minimum notice
- Your arrival at the spa must be 15 minutes before your first appointment to fill in a health assessment form. Following which if you have other treatments you can arrive 10 minutes prior your appointment time
- It’s always safer to mention your health concerns in the health assessment form

Kindly refrain from bringing mobile phones to the spa to respect all guests’ holiday space
- Children under 16 years old are not allowed at the spa
- For your comfort we can provide with disposable underwear
- Gentleman should shave before a facial treatment to increase comfort
- Always inform our therapists if you are uncomfortable or require anything during your treatment (massage pressure / air-conditioning temperature / music volume) for better comfort of treatment

Please refrain from drinking any alcoholic beverages at least 5 hours before your treatment

We strictly recommend you leave your valuables in your room; we do not take liability for any valuables

The therapist reserves the right to terminate the treatment if he/she feels the client’s behaviour is undesirablee
Cancellation Policy
- 2 hours notice must be given to cancel or amend any reserved treatment. Packages require 24 hours
- Should you not show up for a scheduled appointment, the full treatment fee will have to be levied
Fitness Centre – GYM
Our Fitness centre helps you to maintain your exercise habit, You will be able to keep yourself in shape and thereby lead a healthy and active life style.
Everything you need to stay in shape, Fitness shouldn’t take a backseat. Even when you’re on a business trip or a holiday, all guests over the age of 16 who stay with us are free to use our in-house fitness centre to exercise and unwind. With a mix of equipment and weights, our gym will cater to you whether you want to do a cardio workout, or if you want to give your muscles some strength training or toning exercises.
